How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your "Pros - Cons" account and all associated data, you can do so at any time. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, preferences, and saved lists will be permanently removed from our servers.

You can delete your account either directly through the mobile application or via our web portal by following these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access the Platform: Open the Pros - Cons app on your mobile device, or navigate to our web portal at https://app.prosconsapp.com.

Log In: Sign in using the specific account you wish to delete.

Open Your Profile: Tap or click on your profile picture located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Request Deletion: Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page and select "Delete Account" (Elimina account).

Confirm: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the permanent deletion of your account.

Data Retention & Privacy Notice

When you delete your account, all data linked to it is immediately flagged for deletion and permanently wiped from our databases within the standard technical timeframe. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during this process, please contact our support team.
